IMPORTANT NOTES:

·          To guarantee your reservation, send this form before April 15, 2008 directly to the hotel and indicate a valid credit card number.

·          Any reservation made after April 15, 2008 will be subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed at the special IABA rate.

·          As a limited number of rooms have been blocked at the hotels, availability cannot be guaranteed once the room block is full. ·          Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be sent directly to the hotel, and will be considered under the following policies:

-           No charge on cancellations sent 30 days before the arrival date

-           Cancellations received between 29 and 15 days before the arrival date will be charged with the cost of one night.

-           Cancellations received 14 days or less before the arrival date will be charged with 50% of the total cost of the stay.
