Dr. Roman Medina Diplan has been the manager of the Puerto Plata branch since 1993, where he has acquired a vast experience representing international individuals and corporations in contracts, corporate, real estate, tourism, casino and tax incentive areas.
Dr. Medina Diplan represents clients in the negotiation and closing of real estate transactions, as well as assisting them in the process of obtaining the tax incentives available under the Dominican Laws for eligible projects, all permits and licenses required for the construction and operation of condominiums and tourist projects.
