Experience:
Ms. Fiallo Paradas has extended experience in the fields of Industrial Property, Immigration and Family law. She has been for several years member of the Asociación Dominicana de Propiedad Industrial (ADOPI) and it is currently member of its Board. In addition, she represents Russin Vecchi & Heredia Bonetti, in the International Trademark Association (INTA) and it is currently a member of its General TM Enforcement Matters Subcommittee for the period 2014-2016.
Throughout her professional career she has advised leading companies in the pharmaceutical, veterinary, nutritional, security paper, technology among other sectors in their business operations in the Dominican Republic, since their initiation of operations in DR, the protection of their industrial property rights, both administrative and judicial phase, commercialization, advertisement, personnel issues, transnational movement of workers and compliance with regulatory matters and licenses.
Within the Family Law area, Ms. Fiallo Paradas, handles international adoption procedures, civil and canonic divorce matters; inheritance, alimony and custody claims and negotiations.
